9 LIVES: Full Circle is the final book in Jan Crossen's fictional trilogy inspired by her adopted son, Joshua.  Like many teens, Josh struggles to understand his identity.  He is a handsome and charismatic guy with a fabulous smile.  Josh has a normal IQ, but experiences social, academic, and behavioral issues that are difficult to understand.  Joshua reunites with a birth family members and realizes that he has an invisible disability.  Josh has Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders which is brain damage caused by prenatal exposure to alcohol.  Josh must find a way to manage his disability and achieve his dreams.
